Photo USA, the owner of the sublimation coating brand Orca Coatings®, is the leading manufacturer of dye-sublimation ceramics and a full range of dye-sublimation image products. We develop and sell the products to be processed with dye-sublimation presses, the dye-sublimation presses to create high-quality ceramic images, and the full range of sublimation machines and raw materials for making high-quality ceramic products. Established in 1992, we pride ourselves on being one of the large sublimation mug providers in the world.
The new sublimation factory of Photo USA, located in Zibo, Shandong, China, was founded in 2018. One year later in 2019, the first phase of the factory had been completed and put into production, while the second phase including the staff residence, canteen, and office building was also under construction. Of a very large scale, the new factory had introduced a series of most advanced production lines, with the output taken into another level. Below is an overview of this new factory:
