Sign Makers Workshop

Sign & Digital UK is renowned for being at the fore front of innovation and ideas. This year is no different! We are unveiling the all NEW Sign Makers Demo Theatre. This dedicated area onsite is where visitors can come and see an expert demonstrating some of the most commonly asked for jobs in the world of sign making. This forum not only allows you to watch and learn but also ask questions 1 on 1 and get hands on with the tools and equipment involved!

Presenting this new feature is expert Paul Hughes from Western Signs & Printing and the popular Price It Guide who has owned and run a successful sign making business for 13 years!
Paul says ‘I’m delighted to be return to Sign & Digital UK to publish our latest guide as it is where we published our first guide three years ago’. Paul will be busy at the show as not only is he promoting his guide but is also running the demo theatre where he will be hosting a live demo area on the basics of sign making, a must see for anyone one in the sign making industry or anyone who wants to be! One of the sessions entitled ‘the sign clinic’ is a questions and answers forum with live / hands on demos.

The Rules for the Panel Swap are, your panel must be brought to the show, be no bigger than 2ft x 2ft, have reference to Sign & Digital 2010 on it – other than that it is an open brief with a ‘sign industry’ theme – as an example you could have something like: ‘a business with no sign is a sign of no business’.
