Window Dressing with Doro Tape Uk

Highlighted at this year’s Sign and Digital Uk Show, Doro Tape’s new line in glass etch effect vinyl, the EL300 ‘Dry Apply’ by Aslan, is proving to be a big hit! Absolutely brilliant for graphics on glass, this silver etch vinyl has a special patterned adhesive surface that allows air to escape easily during application. No need for wet application (in fact not recommended), it gives a perfect bubble-free finish. With an outdoor life of 7 years, this brilliantly easy to apply vinyl is a welcome addition to the range of etch effect films already available.

For window graphics on something a bit special, such as prestigious hotels, reception areas and retail outlets, Doro Tape can offer the beautiful Frosted Crystal Etch films; quality cast films with strong silver fleck and a choice of 5 colours; green, rose, blue, silver and gold. A stained glass effect can be achieved with their range of translucent film, available in 21 strong colours, these films are ideal for window graphics and illuminated signs and lightboxes.

Window tinting films are another popular range at Doro, with 3 different charcoal shades in light, medium and dark, and a silver mirror reflective film for one-way vision. These high quality polyester films offer greater security by cutting down on visibility from the outside, whilst giving excellent protection against glare, UV light and breaking glass.
If obscurity of vision is required, but with no loss of natural light, try the SF250 Privacy film; a transparent vinyl with a circular embossed pattern, and an exterior life of 3 years.
Doro even stock a Safety and Security window film, which can either be used alone or in conjunction with other films to act as a shatter resistant layer, giving protection against theft and vandalism.
